[ansel] multi-file upload

I've started work on the multi-file upload.  Take a look at the screenshot at
http://www.ben.chavet.net/pub/Screenshot.png (look quick, though, it won't be
there long).  My thoughts are to let the administrator determine how many
images can be uploaded at once.

Hopefully, I'll get the backend working on this new form sometime today (no
promises, though :).
