Looks good to me. Two things:

- I agree with Jan about the dhtml for the multiple upload, but don't let that
hold this back - we can add it later.

- Now that the zipfile upload is its own form, how about including the inline
help (or at least some of it) for zipfiles right there on the form, to let
people know what that tab is for?
