I won't put words in Chuck's mouth, but I'm guessing that he's saying 
that to run with any CVS version, it's advisable (ne required) that 
they all be at the same checkout.  As a side note, unless something has 
changed, you can't run any of the CVS modules with a stable build of 
horde.
