If you want to continue using PEAR, the best thing is to wait for the  
next release, which will likely be RC2. Otherwise, you can patch your  
local install with changes (not recommended, as there have been quite  
a few changes since RC1. Once you have the new version, you should be  
able to just run the migration either from the admin UI, or the  
horde-db-migration script.
