[ansel] Ansel not activated

Hi All,

after installed ansel the Icon dont show up in the menu. When i call ansel 
direct www.mywebsite.com/horde/ansel ive get the following error:

A fatal error has occurred
ansel is not activated.
1. Horde_Registry::appInit() /var/www/ispcp/gui/tools/horde-
webmail/ansel/index.php:12
2. Horde_Registry->pushApp() /usr/share/php/Horde/Registry.php:245
