  the locale you have in Horde is also installed on your system.
  If you get the correct language sometimes but not always it might help if you
  restart your webserver after you re-build the translations.

+ Ah.. that did it.. Guess it's very confused when it comes to norwegian bookmaal 
+ language codes.. I'll have a look at it exactly what is needed to get it 
+ working. I hope not all 3 language codes is required. By the way.. why is it
