When entering Sam for the first time, the user is taken to the Spam Options
screen.  A link to this screen is in the menuheader, but it does not have
the 'menuselected' class applied to it.  Following the link in the menu
header again to Spam Options _does_ apply the 'menuselected' class to the
element.
