The other person has imp installed on a Redhat.  I use Gentoo which extracts
the sources usually from the developer's site.  In this case, the IMP source
was obtained from: http://ftp.horde.org/pub/imp/imp-3.2.4.tar.gz

All files are stored under /var/www/localhost/htdocs/horde.

After installing horde, I execute the script set_perms.sh to fix horde
folder permisions.  The user assigned is apache.
