In the example, one of the initial misspelled words were "nrå" (should be
"når" in norwegian).

When corrected manually to "når", the spellchecker displayed "nårr" instead
of "når". Repeatedly trying to enter the word "når" manually resulted in the
same behaviour (and an error still being flagged, as "nårr" is not a correct
word either).

If just "nå" is entered as a word, the spell checker accepts the change, but
now the entire "nårr" is replaced by "nå" in the original text, which was
not the intention.

I believe the word offset is sometimes being set wrong.

I have experienced this problem with and without norwegian characters in the
message. Also, the exact same words will sometimes produce no error, making
this bug rather hard to hunt down..

Aspell version:
@(#) International Ispell Version 3.1.20 (but really Aspell 0.60.2)

I'm using UTF-8 as the charset in Horde, so I've passed the option
"--encoding=utf-8" to aspell.
