First i thought, i am not expaln my situation very well. Only change_log
field display incorrectly at history view,others fields like,version,Author
looks good. The weird thing is ,such situation didn't happen in
RecentChanges view.

Second, all my chang_log in history table were saved in big5 format
already,so there are no broken data inside sql backend i thought.

Third, I didn't add any attachment to any of my pasges in my wiki.
