A javascript dynamic counter for counting the number of characters typed
when sending an SMS.

It should display the following information:

Number of characters typed.
Number or characters left before spilling over into another SMS.
Number of SMS's total needed to be sent to send a message of the current
length.
Number of  characters needed to be deleted to shrink current message back to
1 (less) SMS if NumOfSMSsRequiredToSendThisMessageLength > 1.
