When a calendar is selected, the name of the calendar is not displayed
anywhere in the Calender page. This will make the user confused about
which calender he is working. 

Steps to reproduce:
When a  Calender is selected from the drop-down list on the top-left
corner, the drop-down list  is immediately changed to *Select Calenders to
display*. 

It should either show which Calender is selected in the Calender page or
on the combo.
