When creating a new file or directory, Gollem attempts to set the default
permissions based on a setting from backends.php.  However it checks for
the permissions in the backend configuration 'params' rather than in the
backend config itself.  This is contrary to the examples in 
backends.php.dist.  This patch makes the behavior match the
backends.php.dist examples.
