begin with, so we'd like events the users in invited to show up on his/her
calendar.  

I hacked the sql driver to accomplish this.

I don't expect my hack to intergrated, per se, but it would nice to have
config options that allow for:
1) The current behavior
2) Always displaying the events a user is invited to
3) Display them unless they deny the invite
4) Display them if they accept the invite.
