I checked every other language and none of the others show the same
symptom.

Previous versions had the same behaviour, but the error was different
(although in same file), something about undefined method
Registry::hasInterface().

In my opinion, horde is the most advanced webmail and collaboration suite
available today, but this error makes it impossible to use for non-english
speaking people here in turkey,

I can provide any additional information, server log, test environment etc
if you contact me.
