After cleaning out my prefs I was no longer able to reproduce this. My
guess is that I had some bogus preferences that enabled only the shared
address book. Since all address books are enabled automatically if none are
enabled intentionally, I could see all address books as soon as I removed
the shared source from sources.php.

This is fixed now.
