IMO, we need to keep the Portal link in the smartphone mode regardless  
of that setting. It's the *only* way of navigating between  
applications in that mode. Also, it's not really the Horde portal that  
link navigates to, it's more a menu of applications.

Perhaps we should change the name of the link?
