Actually, it isn't related to the primary focus of this ticket  
(displaying attachments contained in the non-viewed alternative part).  
  This instead relates to the fix mentioned below for broken  
multipart/related messages.  The fix on place theoretically *should*  
show the attachment... except this message example is twice as broken  
as normal because the PDF part does not even contain a content-ID.

This should be fixed now.
