I have had it happen in Sent, Inbox, the Horde mailing list folder...  
i.e. any folder that I have been into and 'requested' a sync. The  
Horde folder is the one yes that had the other issue, but this is not  
confined to that folder.
My wife's iPad has logged 500MB into the device log overnight with retries.
The emails in question are all fine and can be read in any other IMAP  
client I have tried, including Imp. I have run reconstruct on the  
folders, makes no difference.
