..just to conclude: the free services are *pretty* *good* , but for  
this ticket I was really disappointed since I wrote the informations I  
had.
I asked several times for help, also just a hint for debugging or  
trying to debug. nobody gave me an answer till yesterday.
For me it was like beeing the ignorant guy towards my clients; this  
leaves me exasperated.
