Horde currently tracks the last login for each user. I would like to  
extend this to keep an ongoing log of logins that both I as the  
administrator and the user can use to see how their account has been  
accessed. This would be useful so our users can help us by reporting  
potential abuse. This should be configurable so that I could choose to  
keep say N-number of days of data.
