Nlsconfig.php:
                 if (setlocale(LC_ALL, $lang . '.UTF-8')) {
                     $valid = true;
                 }
                 setlocale(LC_ALL, $locale); <---- error here


The problem is related to a limit of 255 in string.c in php code.
Current locale in this machine is:
