no $this->revs problem

Hi,

I'm getting

Warning: Undefined index: in /home/chora/horde/chora/lib/CVSLib/File.php on 
line 94

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/home/chora/horde/chora/cvs.php on line 76

In order to try to diagnose the problem, I changed line 94 of 
chora/lib/CVSLib/File.php to

        if ($this->revs) {
          return $this->logs[$this->revs[0]];
        } else {
          print __FILE__ . ':' . __LINE__ . " no revisions!";
          return false;
        }

and now I get:

/home/chora/horde/chora/lib/CVSLib/File.php:98 no revisions!
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/home/chora/horde/chora/cvs.php on line 76
-------------------------------------------

Any idea what's wrong?  How is $this->revs supposed to be populated?
