[chora] Another date/time issue?

Hi,

The 1 hour difference we had last week is gone this week, this
is quite obscure!

The only thing we know, Europe switched their timezone a week ago,
and we did it this weekend. The cron (cvs commit) is running @ 8am
and now chora is showing the right info:

  Tue 09 Apr 2002 08:00:36 AM EDT (3 hours, 24 minutes ago)
  Changed since 1.18: +1 -1
Diffs to version 1.18 (long) (unified)

Maybe it's a Solaris library issue ... unless it's in chora/horde?
