[chora] unified chora/horde install

I am attempting to get an install of horde and chora only, with chora being the 
root path.  This will be similiar to http://cvs.horde.org/ in that chora 
(cvs.php) is the root path for all the url's.

I've browsed the archives and faq and haven't found the best way to do this.  I 
can get it working halfway, but run into a couple problems with images, or I 
get the images working, but all the url's say /horde/chora/cvs.php instead 
of /cvs.php.

What is the best way to setup a horde/chora only install which replicates 
http://cvs.horde.org/'s look of not using /horde/chora/cvs.php 
or /chora/cvs.php for all the url's?
