See the admin faq at http://www.horde.org/faq/admin/ where it discusses
doing this for modules (not specifically for chora, but just substitute
"chora" for "imp" in the examples).

It is in the faq at http://www.horde.org/faq/admin/config/index.php#c3

Okay, so it doesn't address chora specifically, and isn't the clearest
explaination in the world, but it should be useable. If you have any
suggestions on how to improve the info in the faq, let me know...

"TAD (Technology Attachment Disorder) is an unshakable, impractical devotion
to a brand, platform, product line, or programming language. It's relatively
harmless among the rank and file, but when management is afflicted the damage
can be measured in dollars. It's also contagious -- someone with sufficient
political clout can infect an entire organization."
