[chora] Chora 1.2-RC3

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the third release candidate for
the Chora 1.2 release.  Chora is our tool for browsing CVS source code
repositories.

Barring any problems, this code will be ultimately released as Chora
1.2.  Testing is requested and comments are encouraged.
