Thank you so much for Reply. Its working now. But this is nothing less that
allowing someone to access the CVS publicly isn't it. ?

What should i follow to authenticate the users ? and How do i go about
adding the documents after authenticating it ?

I don't want the actual steps but something which will get me started.
