[cvs] Anonymous CVS change

Actually I am now getting this error with all the HEAD revisions of the Horde 
Framework. I am exporting the CVSROOT as it should be. 

[sigil] cvs-release > cvs co -r HEAD horde
cvs checkout: in directory horde:
cvs checkout: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or directory
cvs checkout: cannot open CVS/Tag: No such file or directory
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot write <CVS/Template file>: No such file or 
directory

Any ideas?
