Obviously those chora links are bogus.  I've seen this before, and while I've
not checked it appears to happen with the file names have "strange" characters
or whitespace in them.  Anyone care to look at the cvs scripts and see if
they can maybe fix this (maybe quote the filenames or something)?

I'd be glad to look into this but it would have to wait until next year,
so someone else might want to look into it before then.... (If not, remind
me about it next year)
