  Log:
  Introduce a new config setting for turba sources: 'list_name_field'
  If this is present, and set to a non-empty value, it will override
  the field that Contact List names will be stored in.  This avoids
  issues when using a composite name field.
  
  Also, revert back the order of the 'fields' parameter in the 'localsql'
  stanza in sources.php.dist
