Building doc tree

[I tried sending this to doc@lists to no avail, and I know the
appropriate folks are reading here. :-) Could whoever does that add
rich@horde.org to the allowed-senders list for doc, please?]

I just checked out docs and tried to build the HTML tree, but it's
failing;
