Yup - if you have subscribe enabled (we should probably make that a
preference?), it'll just show subscribed folders. We need an option to show
all, and to subsribe/unsubscribe, in appropriate places...

If I could get a test account somewhere reproducing this, that would be
best. Otherwise, a var_dump of the initial mailbox tree structure (as
described in earlier message) is probably a good place to start; we just
need to trace through the code and figure out what piece of information is
missing. Maybe if we set up a chat session (or VNC?) so I could go through
it with you I could help... *shrug*
