Alright, I just did some looking.  Your last change fixed my UW-IMAP
server completely.  That's good.  I also noted that the entries in
the tree are based on my IMAP subscriptions.  I believe that's the
intended behavior.

However, the campus server that reports thise errors is running the
PMDF IMAP server.  It doesn't list my subscribed folders correctly.
I'll gladly investigate it some more if you can clue me in as to what
to look for.
