more on invalid folder names

Actually, now that I actually think about it, the automatic renaming will never
work, because since the name is invalid, IMP has no way of actually referring to
that file that the IMAP server is guaranteed to accept. So just give me a decent
error message. Right now my working idea is:

The folder "ä" contains illegal characters in its name. It may cause problems.
Please see your system administrator.
