Right, lets handle the case where you have 'INBOX.' as the folders
value first...

Do you have any folders which dont have a parent?  That is, if
you have a INBOX.Lists.Horde folder, does Cyrus create an
INBOX.Lists folder for you automagically if it doesn't already
exist?

Are you using subscribe?  If so, are you subscribed to any folders
without the parent being displayed?

Anyhows, I've finally got XFree86 4.0.1 and HelixCode working
on my shiny new Debian-woody system, so I'm actually going to 
sit down this week and apt-install a new development environment
for myself that includes Cyrus and UW ;) (ps: anyone got vim
working to syntax highlight php4?)
