how window compose become bigger ??

How I can make compose window <email.horde.imp> becomes bigger <than
standart> ??

I put my horde.imp on:
 /usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde
I am using linux red hat ver. 6.2

Do you have safe_mode on?  Do you have upload_dir set?  (just offering hints)
