Downloading attachments (view.php/filename... confusion)

Greetings,

I'm working on IMP/PHP4 under AOLserver.  I note that now viewing
attachments is handled by a different URL syntax and I don't know how
PHP gets the information it needs.

Something is up with the way PHP is interacting with AOLserver, in my
server log I see

Error: fastpath: fastget failed to stat
'/webroot/web/ncbt/pages/horde/imp/view.php/frequently+asked+questions.doc':
'Not a directory'

So it appears that the request is not getting handed off to the PHP
engine.  Is this related to my PHP_SELF/SCRIPT_NAME question from
yesterday?  Can someone give me a hint as to how this should work or
what I should look for in the SAPI code for AOLserver?
