I had the same problem once with 2.2.x and I added two functions in
IMP.lib
jsalert and jsconfirm
these two functions made sure that messages sent via javascript's alert
and confirm methods are properly escaped.
but then I had to replace all alert and confirm entries in the files.



So if Horde team likes, they might want to do that and it should solve
the quoting issue.
