That sounds pretty useful to me, although I think it should be
conditional based on a $conf toggle, of course.

What kind of UI change does it include (i.e. where does the link
go?)?

I think it would definately be convinient for my users.  We're running cyrus 
and have mailbox quotas so having a way to easily archive mail for them would 
be a major bonus.

unfortunately this does not include Horde::link and Registry::link (and some 
stray $*_url = 'javascript:...' variables.  Anyone have ideas how to get around 
those?

Hmm. To be honest, I'm not too crazy about overdoing these, but in this case I 
can see it since this could be a rather intensive operation for a large 
mailbox. Other opinions?

Another option in the folders screen drop-down menu.
