Don't worry about the multiple commits; I'm just redoing it after changing the 
tarball script to prune empty directories, so there isn't garbage in our

Okay, Horde 1.3.4 is rolled and on the FTP site. I'll announce it asap. Don't 
change Horde in a way that applications depend on until we get the other 
applications rolled. :)
