I thought about it. But I decided to see the identity ui as actually two 
seperate dialogs that work on their own and thus should only interact on 
explicit request. That's the same reason why I choose to have two back buttons?

Since I created the dialog to also work without javascipt, that would be no 
good idea. I think Save is good compromise between Create and Update.

Btw, I'm always happy about comments on phrases because I'm not a native 
speaker. ;-)
