I have made a patch against latest CVS (an hour ago) to add the dhtml menu.
demo at
http://horde.ispman.org/horde/imp
user: apache
pass: 123asd

You can get the patch at
http://horde.ispman.org/horde/dhtml.patch
or you may want to get
http://horde.ispman.org/horde/dhtml.patch.tar.gz
which has the patch and the files that are modified.

PS: Thanks for adding the imp_get_vinfo function.
