My  guess is that the lang nl is swiched from nl to nl_NL and some
config file have changed, got a extra config variable. 
Compare your config files with the .dist ones, is my guess.

When you update to the latest CVS, _check if the config files changed_.

If you follow the cvs commits list, you will see these changes with their 
explanations, also.
