Chuck, you removed $conf['lang']['charset'] from horde.php.dist but there
are still references to it in imp/lib/IMP.php, imp/lib/MIME/Message.php and
imp/lib/MIME/Parts.php

You mean horde/lib for a bunch of those, but yeah. I thought I grepped for it, 
but I guess I missed those. Should be fixed now. Apologies for the confusion.

Almost. The html gets messed up if there is an event starting before 8am not at 
the full hour, eg. 1.30am.
