cvs of php and php_imap.c errors

Hello,

did somebody recently experience problems with current php cvs? I had to 
rebuild my system, found out problems with php module in apache.

Namely I got errors in php_imap.c that IN_STREAM is not defined.
I have to admit that I borrow some old php code to fix it. Other fix is just 
leave it out of that line. I am not sure if this is bug or not, but does not 
compile properly. Chuck I have seen your name on the file, any comments?
