again: POP3 poblem with Qpopper / violation of RFC 1939 ???

Hi,

a few days ago I sent a message about problems using Horde IMP with
Qpopper.
(IMP, Version 2.2.6 and Horde, Version 1.2.6, Qpopper 4.0.3)

Qpopper produces an error that sounds like that the client does not
issue QUIT before closing the connection.  That's (maybe) a violation of
RFC 1939, and Qpopper reports it as an error (unexpected EOF).  If so,
can someone tell me how to get the client fixed.
