Aside from the general programmer-hours problems, an install GUI is a
/huge/ pain in the ass at large installations where install procedures
have to be documented and reproduced. For a large majority of users,
Horde and IMP are Unix software, so there's a lot to be said for doing
things the Unix way.

Maybe something with autoconf instead? I'm not volunteering, mind. :-)
