It depends. If you use Outlook in the internet only mode, it stores all outlook 
objects in an ado style file with the ending .pst.

It would be definitely too much work to interact directly with this this file 
if not with a windows app the make use of the api Outlook provides to this file.

But you can easily export your contacts from Outlook to a cvs file and import 
this one to turba.
