Renaming 'docs' module

I just renamed the 'docs' module to 'hordedoc' in our CVS
repository. The old 'docs' module name should continue to work,
but it would be best if people started using 'hordedoc'. This
helps us avoid directory name conflicts when checking the
documentation module out under the horde/ tree.

I can't test it from here because it always worked with my IE 5.5 at home.
But I'll try when I'm back at the office on Monday.
